CONVERT LAN TO WIFI USING ROUTER

  • Step 1:Ensure that both your wireless router and the modem are powered up. Go to the computer connected to a LAN network.
  • Step 2:If you use a Windows computer, carry out the following convert LAN to Wifi using router steps.
  • Step 3:On the desktop, click the Win icon at the bottom-left corner.
  • Step 4:Type ‘command prompt’ without the single quotes and press the Enter key on the computer’s keyboard.

  • Step 13:Click the network icon in the toolbar, search for the Network and Sharing Center option, and select it.
  • Step 14:This will launch the Network and Sharing Center window on the screen. Right-click the Ethernet option and select the Properties option.
  • Step 15:When you see the Ethernet Properties dialog box, click the Sharing tab.
  • Step 16:Select the Local Area Connection from the Home Network Connection drop-down menu and click the OK button to convert LAN to Wifi using router.
