- Step 1:Connect the Internet modem to a wall outlet using the supported coaxial cable.
- Step 2:Next, take an Ethernet cable and connect its one end to the WAN port of the Wi-Fi router.
- Step 3:Connect the other end to the modem.
- Step 4:Power on both the devices after connecting the power adapter to the wall outlet.
- Step 5:Wait until the Wi-Fi router becomes steady and the Wireless LED turns into solid green.
- Step 6:Verify the connection between them and start connecting your PC to the Wi-Fi router.
- Step 7:You can prefer either the wired or wireless connection method to connect your PC with the Wi-Fi router.
- Step 8:After connecting the PC to the Wi-Fi router, verify whether you have a stable Internet connection.
- Step 9:If you are setting up the Wi-Fi router for the first time, configure the router settings from your PC.
- Step 10:Open the default browser and enter the Wi-Fi router’s IP address in the URL field.
- Step 11:Press the Enter button to open the network login portal.
- Step 12:Enter your Wi-Fi router’s default login credentials to access the administrative interface.
- Step 13:Configure the Internet settings and choose your desired WAN connection type.
- Step 14:Input the necessary settings and save the applied settings by clicking the Apply Changes button.
- Step 15:After completing the Wi-Fi router setup, verify the connection status.
