Issue: Modem Will Not Connect To Router

  • Step 1 :Make sure that the power outlets to which you have connected the devices are working. If there are any issues, connect the power cable of the modem and router to another outlet.
  • Step 2 :Check whether the network cables are defective.
  • Step 3 :Make sure that you have connected the network cable to the WAN port of the router and network port of the modem. if don't have stable network you may face the issue modem will not connect to router.
