- Step 1:On the desktop, click the Start menu and then click the Settings icon.
- Step 2:Now, select Network & Internet.
- Step 3:Click the Network and Sharing Center option.
- Step 4:Click Ethernet if you are connected via an Ethernet cable.
- Step 5:Select Wi-Fi if you are connected wirelessly.
- Step 6:A new window opens, click the Details button.
- Step 7:The address next to “IPv4 Default Gateway is your router’s IP address.
- Step 8:If you are using a Mac computer, do the steps below.
- Step 9:Click the Apple menu and choose System Preferences.
- Step 10:Select the Network icon and click Advanced.
- Step 12:Go to the TCP/IP section and look for the address next to “Router.”
