  • Step 1:Initially, move the Xbox console closer to the router and check if the connection issue is solved.
  • Step 2:If not, check if there are any issues with the Internet Service Provider and resolve it.
  • Step 3:Check whether Wi-Fi security settings are set properly.
  • Step 4:Update the router’s firmware from the web-based setup page.
  • Step 5:If the issue is not resolved even after updating the firmware, reset the router to factory defaults and reconfigure it. But always have this option as a last resort.
